With the Invite Participants feature, you can instantly bring another participant into the conference the moment they pop into your head. Using the main interface, the host of the session has the option to add participants.


- Click the 'Participant List' button in the menu to the right of the conference window

- Select 'Invite' and enter the email addresses of those you want to add to the meeting

- The service automatically sends an email invite to your chosen contact on the spot, so they can hop on the call the moment they’re needed.


 


Note: Your Online Meeting Room and Conference Line are always active. As long as a Participant has the call information including the access code they can call in at any time.
