Uploading a custom directory will make it easy for everyone in your organization to quickly get started scheduling meetings. The company directory serves as a pre-populated Address Book for your hosts. They may still add other hosts to their individual Address Book, but the Company Directory will be the same for all hosts.
Add a new Company Directory
- Export and save all contacts into a CSV file using the format provided in the attached example.
- Click 'Select File' or simply drag and drop the file into the appropriate area.
- All contacts will now be visible in the address book of each host and admin account.
- Uploading a new company directory will not overwrite the a previously added directory. Only new contacts will be added.
Note: Contacts added to the company directory don't need to have a Callbridge account. They can be internal or external contacts that you expect to regularly set up meetings with.
