How to change your hold music:

1. Login to your account
2. Click on 'Settings'
3. Select 'Hold music playlist' from the menu on the left
4. Select you preferred hold music from the drop-down list
5. OR upload your own mp3 or wav file, then select your uploaded file from the drop-down list
6. Click Save

With 5 different themes to choose from (British Invasion, New Wave, Jazz, Classic Rock and Lighthearted) or the option to upload your own, you can select the music best suited to your business.
