If you are unable to share your screen we recommend the following:


  • Are you using Google Chrome on a computer? Check that your browser is up to date by opening this page in Google Chrome: chrome://settings/help
    • If it is was not up to date, then exit the meeting, update to the latest version and rejoin the conference call.

  • Are you using our desktop application? Check that this is up to date.
    • If it is was not up to date, then exit the meeting, update to the latest version and rejoin the conference call.

  • Are you using an Android device? Unfortunately, it isn't possible to share your screen using an Android tablet or mobile device. However, you can view someone else's shared screen or also upload a document to the chat and use the 'doc share' feature.
  • Are you using an iOS device (iPhone or iPad)? Unfortunately, it isn't possible to share your screen using an iPhone or iPad. However, you can upload a document to the chat and use the 'doc share' feature.
